Hello there all you jeannie fans. As you can see I have finally decided to add
a news page to keep all you die hard fans up to date with all the latest news
and information about Barbara Eden and I Dream of Jeannie. Or, it can be used as
nice little tid-bits for anyone who is just browsing.
Now I am not going to go into great detail, but you will get the just of it.
JEANNIE COSTUME AND BOTTLE FOR AUCTION
Currently on the on-line auction, a original I Dream of Jeannie Costume and
Bottle are up for bids. The costume starting bid is $40,000 dollars and the
bottle is $20,000 dollars. WOW! Barbara Eden commented that it is very
flattering but concerning. That much for those items. Oh well, if you have

DREAMING OF JEANNIE BOOK
On February 26, 1999, I just received the new book 'Dreaming of Jeannie-
TV's Prime Time in a Bottle'. It is a absolutely fabulous book. It is
written by Steve Cox with Howard Frank. It has sixteen coloured photos.
Hundreds of black and white photos and interviews with all the cast and
crew members. It has lots of little tid-bits that are very interesting
and amusing. It tells how I Dream of Jeannie was NOT a rip-off of
Bewitched. How the show lasted so long and other wonderful stories and
facts. I reccomend it to every jeannie fan or just as good reading.

I DREAM OF JEANNIE REUNION
On November 19, 1999, the DONNY AND MARIE SHOW aired the first ever I DREAM OF JEANNIE REUNION in 29 years. Barbara Eden, Larry Hagman, Bill Daily and creator Sidney Sheldon all made appearances. It was spectacular. I hope you all got to see it. They all looked fantastic and had some great stories.
BIOGRAPHY ON BARBARA EDEN
On October 18th, A&E aired a bio on Barbara Eden entitled, "Out of the Bottle".

It has interviews with Bill Daily, Wayne Rogers and Loni Anderson. It really
is something to see.
SCREEN GEMS NETWORK
There is a fairly new network called the Screen Gems Network. It shows lots of
old shows including I Dream of Jeannie. Check your local listings too see if
you get it and when it is on
BARBARA EDEN MAKES DEAL WITH SLOTS COMPANY
Recently, Barbara Eden made a deal with a slot machine manufacturer to create
a new line of I Dream of Jeannie slot machines. The machines will have pictures
of her as jeannie on it, and it give out little comments with jeannie's voice.
It will be in casino's in Nevada and elsewhere.
DANBURY MINT
Danbury Mint will be making a new I Dream of Jeannie doll in the near future.
It will be made of porciline and will cost in the hundred dollar range. It will
hopefully be better than the ones that have been made in the past. I do not have the picture that they are basing it on but it is a beauty. Contact the

I DREAM OF JEANNIE MOVIE
Well as I am sure all of you have heard a million rumours about this movie,
here is the just of it. There is going to be a movie made eventually when things get straightened out. It is rumored that Lisa Kudrow may play Jeannie
and Barbara Eden will be a evil aunt in the film. Things are taking so long
because Barbara and the producer had a few disagreements. Like, Barbara thought
she should still be jeannie but the producer wanted a younger, new jeannie.
